Under the patronage of the Honorary Consul of Montenegro to Slovenia, Mr. Vojislav Kovač, the Portonovi Resort Management Company introduced the biggest hospitality resort project currently under development not only on the coast of Montenegro, but throughout the Mediterranean littoral – project PORTONOVI.
Mr. Kovač endorsed the announcement that, upon completion, the project, located near Herceg Novi in Boka Bay and backed by the Azerbaijani investment firm Azmont Investment, will represent an unparalleled ultra-luxury, elite destination in the region, and will be recognized as such on the world tourist map.
The Portonovi Resort Management Company representatives disclosed compelling insights about what is currently the largest venture of its kind in Europe to a distinguished group of business people and potential investors in Slovenia.
This exclusive, 60-acre, premium, mixed-use resort, valued in excess of €650 million, will be offering apartments, villas, a helidrome, Europe’s first One&Only Resort, a medical centre, and a luxury wellness spa, to list but a few of its attractions and assets. A special mention went to the deep-water Marina Portonovi which will offer berths and facilities to accommodate over 230 mega-yachts and will be open for business in the summer of 2018. The meeting in Ljubljana’s Grand Hotel Union concluded in a convivial atmosphere with guests and hosts enjoying Slovenian cuisine and wines.
