Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 33 of the Foreign Affairs Act, the Government of Montenegro has decided to appoint a businessman Vojislav Kovač as the Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Slovenia. Mr. Vojislav Kovač comes from Montenegro, but has lived and worked in Slovenia for over 20 years.
The appointment of Mr Kovač as Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Slovenia is the outcome of the assessment his 15-years of intensive commitment. Beside his active participation in the economic and social life of Slovenia, Mr Kovač has continuously advocated and still advocates the strengthening of all forms of cooperation between Slovenia and Montenegro.
